16 oz (450g) Cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1/2 cup (100g) Granulated sugar
1/3 cup (30g) Unsweetened cocoa powder (sifted)
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 cup (240ml) Heavy whipping cream (whipped to stiff peaks)
The Layers & Topping:
3-4 Ripe bananas, sliced into coins
1 cup (240ml) Heavy cream (whipped with 1 tbsp powdered sugar for topping)
