Sticky Gochujang Glaze – Sweet Fire, Bold Korean Kick

Ingredients:

– 2 lbs chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
– 1/4 cup gochujang (Korean chili paste)
– 1/4 cup honey
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp rice vinegar
– 1 tbsp sesame oil
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 inch ginger, grated
– 1 tsp black pepper
– 1 tbsp sesame seeds, for garnish
– 2 green onions, chopped, for garnish
