½ lb steak (ribeye, sirloin, or your choice), cut into bite-sized strips
½ lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp garlic butter (or 2 tbsp unsalted butter + 2 cloves minced garlic)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
1 tsp sesame oil
1 cup broccoli florets
½ red bell pepper, sliced
½ yellow bell pepper, sliced
½ green bell pepper, sliced
¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Cooked jasmine or basmati rice, for serving
