High-Protein Strawberry Mousse (4 servings)

Ingredients

2 cups (300 g) fresh strawberries
1 cup (240 g) nonfat Greek yogurt
1 scoop (30 g) vanilla protein powder
1 cup (240 ml) heavy whipping cream
2–3 tbsp powdered sweetener (or to taste)
1 tsp vanilla extract
🍓 Instructions

Blend the strawberries until smooth.
In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, protein powder, sweetener, and vanilla.
Stir in the strawberry puree.
In a separate bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the strawberry mixture.
Divide into 4 dessert cups.
Chill for 1–2 hours before serving.
Garnish with whipped cream and fresh strawberry halves.
