Ingredients:
For the Chicken:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
2 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp ground cumin
Salt & black pepper, to taste
For the Wraps:
4 large pita or flatbreads
1 cup cucumber, diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted & sliced
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Fresh parsley or dill, chopped
Spicy Harissa Sauce:
3 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 1/2 tbsp harissa paste (adjust to spice preference)
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp honey
