Ingredients:

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

2 cups potatoes, thinly sliced (optional)

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup milk

1 cup grated cheese (Cheddar or Gruyère)

1 small onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon butter

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: herbs like thyme or parsley
