Chicken Gratin

Way to Cook:

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

Grease a baking dish with butter.

In a pan, sauté onion and garlic in butter until soft.

Mix cooked chicken with onions, garlic, salt, pepper, and herbs.

Arrange a layer of potatoes in the dish (if using). Add chicken mixture on top.

Pour cream and milk over the chicken, then sprinkle cheese on top.

Bake for 30–35 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.

Let it rest a few minutes before serving.
