2 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves (minced)
1 cup broccoli florets
½ cup red bell pepper (diced)
½ cup green bell pepper (diced)
½ tsp smoked paprika
Salt & black pepper to taste
Squeeze of lemon juice (optional)
For the Mashed Red Potatoes:
4 medium red potatoes (cubed, skin-on)
3 tbsp butter
½ cup milk or cream (warm)
Salt & pepper to taste
