½ cup cooked shrimp, chopped
½ cup cooked lump crab meat
1 cup shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
2 tbsp mayo or cream cheese (optional, for creamier filling)
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp butter, melted (for brushing)
