Greek Souvlaki Wraps with Creamy Feta Pesto Sauce

Ingredients
For the Chicken Souvlaki
1 lb (450g) chicken breast or thighs, cut into small cubes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Wooden skewers (optional)
Creamy Feta Pesto Sauce
½ cup crumbled feta
¼ cup Greek yogurt
¼ cup basil pesto
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove (optional)
Pinch of black pepper
For the Wraps
4–6 warm pita or flatbreads
1 small tomato, diced
½ small red onion, thinly sliced
½ cucumber, chopped or sliced
Fresh parsley or dill (optional)
Optional extras: olives, lettuce, extra feta
