Orange blossom water: 1 tablespoon
For the Cream Filling:
Medium semolina: 1 tablespoon
Cornstarch: 3 tablespoons
Sugar: 2 tablespoons
Milk: 2½ cups
Cream (Qimeer): 200 ml
Orange blossom water: 1 tablespoon
