Ingredients for Jalapeño Popper Deviled Eggs
6 large eggs
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1-2 jalapeño peppers, finely chopped (seeds removed for less heat)
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped fresh chives or cilantro for garnish
For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
Swap out the bacon for turkey bacon or a vegetarian bacon alternative for a healthier or vegetarian option.
