Ingredients:
1 cup uncooked short-grain white rice
2 whole cups of milk
1 cup of double cream or rich evaporated milk
Granulated sugar, half a cup
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
½ teaspoon of powdered cinnamon
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
1 tsp of vanilla
Possibly, half a tsp of powdered nutmeg
A large egg that has been beaten, sized extra large
Some optional raisins, half a cup
Unsalted butter, 2 tablespoons
Sugar, quarter cup, adjust according to sweetness preference
