Creamy Baked Rice Pudding with Cinnamon !!

 

 

Baking dish greased with butter, preheat the oven at 350°F which is 175 degrees Celsius.
Follow the instructions displayed on the packaged rice to cook it. In the end, it should yield approximately 2-2 ½ cups worth of cooked rice.
Combine milk, heavy cream, vanilla, sugar, nutmeg, salt and whisk them together in a mixing bowl. Then add the beaten egg and combine with a whisk.
Stir well when the readied rice is added with the mixture.
Now, for the baking step; Place the mixture into the greased baking dish and adjust the oven temperature. After 30-40 minutes, give it a stir every now and then, it should be thick, creamy and further still can be made easy to follow by simply attempting to bake on open settings.

Serve Warm or Chilled: You may choose to serve the pudding warm or chilled; if you would like to serve it chilled, place it in the refrigerator for a while.
