Ultimate Egg and Bacon Sandwich Recipe

 

 

Instructions:

Cook the Bacon:
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the bacon.

Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until crispy.

Transfer to a paper towel to drain excess grease.

Prepare the Eggs:
In the same skillet (or a clean one), melt a little butter or use leftover bacon grease.

Crack the eggs into the pan and cook to your liking:

Sunny-side-up: Cook 2-3 mins until whites are set.

Scrambled: Whisk eggs with a splash of milk, salt, and pepper, then cook until fluffy.

Season with salt & pepper.

Toast the Bread:
Spread butter on the outer sides of the bread slices.

Toast in a pan or skillet over medium heat until golden brown (about 2 mins per side).

(Optional) Add cheddar cheese on one slice while warm to melt slightly.

Assemble the Sandwich:
Place lettuce (if using) on the bottom slice.

Add bacon, followed by the eggs.

Top with tomato slices (if using).

Close with the second slice of bread.

Serve & Enjoy!
Slice in half (if desired) and enjoy while warm.

Pair with coffee, orange juice, or avocado slices for extra deliciousness!
