Tropical Jerk Pork Chops

Season the pork chops: In a small bowl, mix olive oil, jerk seasoning, allspice, garlic, and lime juice. Rub mixture evenly over pork chops and season lightly with salt and pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (up to overnight for deeper flavor).
Prepare the tropical topping: In a bowl, combine pineapple, mango, red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice. Set aside.
