SautΓ© veggies: In the same pan, add oil and garlic. Toss in all veggies and stir-fry for 5β6 mins until tender-crisp. Season with salt and pepper.
Make fried rice: In a separate pan, heat sesame oil. Add whisked egg and scramble. Toss in rice, chili flakes, and stir until heated through.
Assemble: Plate fried rice, veggies, and juicy steak bites together. Add extra sesame seeds if youβre feelinβ fancy.
