1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Scrub potatoes, poke holes with a fork, and bake directly on the oven rack for 50–60 minutes, until tender.
3. Meanwhile, cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
4. Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
5. Slice baked potatoes open and fluff the insides with a fork.
