𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
For the Steak:
1 ribeye or sirloin steak
1 tbsp olive oil or butter
Salt & black pepper
Sliced bell peppers & onions (optional topping)
For the Shrimp:
6–8 large shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 tbsp butter
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
For the Sides:
1 cup mashed potatoes (buttery & smooth)
1 bunch asparagus
Olive oil, salt & pepper
𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
Cook the Steak: Season steak generously with salt & pepper. Heat oil or butter in a hot skillet and sear steak 3–4 mins per side (medium). Rest, then top with sautéed peppers if desired.
Sauté the Shrimp: Melt butter in a pan, add shrimp, paprika, garlic powder, salt & pepper. Cook 1–2 mins per side until pink and lightly crisp.
Roast the Asparagus: Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast at 400°F (200°C) for 12–15 mins until tender with charred tips.
Prep the Mash: Warm mashed potatoes with butter or cream until smooth and fluffy.
Plate It Up: Add mashed potatoes, asparagus, shrimp, and steak to a plate. Serve hot and enjoy that surf & turf magic ✨
