Strawberry Cream Cheese Icebox Cake

👩‍🍳 Instructions

Prepare Strawberries & Dish

Wash, hull, and slice strawberries (¼-inch thick).

Line the bottom of a 13×9 inch (3-quart) dish with a layer of graham crackers.

Make Cream Cheese Filling

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.

Add Pudding & Milk

Add pudding mixes and milk. Mix on low speed for 4–5 minutes until thickened.

Fold in Whipped Topping

Gently fold in 2 cups of whipped topping until fully combined.

Layer the Cake

Pour half of the cream mixture over the graham crackers.

Add a layer of sliced strawberries.

Top with another layer of graham crackers.

Add the rest of the cream mixture.

Finish with a final layer of sliced strawberries.

Chill

Cover and refrigerate for 6–8 hours, or overnight for best results.

Serve

Before serving, spread remaining whipped topping over the top.

Garnish with crushed graham crackers if desired.

Slice and enjoy!
