Preparation Method:
In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, chopped spinach, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
Stuff the meatballs:
Take a small portion of the meat mixture and flatten it slightly in your hand. Place a cube of mozzarella in the center, then wrap the meat around it, sealing well. Roll into a smooth ball. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
Cook the meatballs:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides and fully cooked inside (about 10–12 minutes).
Optional:
You can also bake them in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 18–20 minutes, turning halfway through.
Serve:
Serve hot while the mozzarella is still melted and stretchy. Enjoy with marinara sauce, pasta, rice, or a fresh salad.
Serving Tips:
Garnish with fresh parsley or extra Parmesan cheese.
Serve with tomato sauce or garlic yogurt sauce for dipping.
Great for meal prep or party platters.
