Ravioli with Tomatoes, Asparagus, Garlic, and Herbs

Directions:
Cook the Ravioli
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook ravioli according to package instructions until tender. Reserve ¼ cup of pasta water, then drain.
Sauté the Vegetables
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add asparagus and cook 3–4 minutes until just tender.
Add Tomatoes & Seasoning
Stir in cherry tomatoes, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook 2–3 minutes until tomatoes soften slightly.
Combine
Add cooked ravioli to the skillet along with a splash of reserved pasta water. Toss gently to coat and warm through.
Finish & Serve
Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese, fresh herbs, and lemon zest if using. Serve immediately.
