Pistachio-Crusted Brie Bites with Raspberry Honey Glaze

Ingredients
Brie Bites
200 g Brie cheese, cut into small cubes
1/2 cup pistachios, finely chopped
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed (optional: use phyllo for lighter version)
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Raspberry Honey Glaze
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp fresh or frozen raspberries
1 tsp lemon juice
