Pineapple Dole Whip

3 cups frozen pineapple chunks
½ cup milk (coconut milk for dairy-free OR regular milk)
2–3 tablespoons honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional, for brightness)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, for creaminess)
Pinch of salt

👨‍🍳 Instructions

Step 1: Prepare Ingredients
Use frozen pineapple for best texture.
If using fresh pineapple, freeze chunks for at least 4 hours

Step 2: Blend
Add frozen pineapple, milk, sweetener, lemon juice, vanilla, and salt into a high-speed blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth and creamy.

Step 3: Adjust Texture
If too thick → add a little more milk
If too thin → add more frozen pineapple

Step 4: Serve
Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture
Or freeze for 30–60 minutes for a firmer scoop
Step 5: Optional Presentation
Pipe into a swirl using a piping bag for that classic look
