3/4 cup crushed and drained pineapple
1/2 cup coconut milk without sugar (or juice of
piña)
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup sweetened grated coconut
Optional frosting:
1 cup of glass sugar
2-3 cdas pineapple juice or coconut milk
1/2 tsp coconut or vanilla extract
Toasted coconut or cubed pineapple for decoration
