 Ingredients (for a 20 cm / 8-inch springform pan)

150 g (5.3 oz) digestive biscuits or shortbread cookies

60 g (2 oz) melted butter

400 ml (1 ⅔ cups) sweetened heavy cream (vegetable or dairy-based)

250 g (9 oz) mascarpone cheese

2 heaping tablespoons Nutella

Dark chocolate shavings (for decoration)
