Mascarpone and Nutella Cake with a Biscuit Base

Ingredients (for a 20 cm cake pan)
150 g dry biscuits (such as digestive biscuits or shortbread biscuits)

60 g melted butter

400 ml sweetened whipping cream (vegetable or classic)

250 g mascarpone

2 heaped tablespoons Nutella

Dark chocolate shavings (for decorating)
