Maple-Glazed Brussels Sprout Skewers

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F / 200°C or preheat grill.
Thread Brussels sprouts onto skewers.
Brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Roast or grill 15–20 minutes until tender and lightly charred.
Mix maple syrup, mustard, and chili flakes; brush over cooked sprouts and sprinkle with nuts if desired. Serve warm.
