1⁄2 cup white granulated sugar
3 Tbsp sour cream
1 egg, room temperature
3⁄4 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp cornstarch
Zest from 1 large lemon
6 oz whipped cream topping
Remaining half of the Lemon Oreo cookies, chopped
