For the Dough
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp cream cheese
ž cup almond flour
1 egg
½ tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
For the Filling & Topping
½ cup sugar-free pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
20â25 slices pepperoni
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp garlic powder
Optional: olives, mushrooms, chili flakes
đł Instructions
1. Prepare the Dough
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Melt mozzarella and cream cheese together (microwave 1 minute, stir until smooth).
Add almond flour, egg, baking powder, and salt.
Mix into a dough (knead slightly while warm).
2. Shape the Bread
Roll the dough into a rectangle between parchment paper.
Cut into small squares or strips.
3. Assemble Pull-Apart Style
Dip or spread each piece lightly with pizza sauce.
Stack or layer pieces in a greased baking dish.
Add pepperoni slices and shredded cheese between layers.
4. Bake
Bake for 20â25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
5. Serve
Let cool slightly, then pull apart and enjoy with extra sauce.
