ITALIAN CHEESE LOG 🧀🌿🍅

👩‍🍳 Directions:
1️⃣. Mix the Cheese Base:
In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, and grated Parmesan cheese.
2️⃣. Add Flavorings:
Add chopped parsley, sun-dried tomatoes, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
3️⃣. Shape and Chill:
Transfer cheese mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap. Shape it into a log and wrap it tightly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
4️⃣. Coat with Nuts:
