1. Preheat & Prep
Set your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9-inch pie plate with nonstick spray.
2. Cook the Filling
In a skillet over medium heat, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until beef is browned and fully cooked—about 10 minutes. Drain off any excess fat.
Transfer the cooked mixture into your prepared pie plate, spreading it evenly.
3. Mix the Crust
In a separate bowl, whisk together Bisquick, milk, and eggs until smooth. Pour this mixture evenly over the beef layer.
4. Add the Cheese & Bake
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar over the top. Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until golden brown and set in the center.
5. Rest & Serve
Let the pie cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
