Homemade mini doughnuts

Preparation:
1. Mix the yeast with milk and sugar, let it rest for 2 minutes.

2. Then add eggs, vanilla extract, flour and salt.

3. Add the butter and mix well until you have a smooth, soft dough.

4. Cover and let rest for an hour.

5. Shape the mini doughnuts and let them rest for another 30 minutes.

6. Fry in hot oil and coat in sugar.
