1. Preheat Your Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat to prevent sticking.
2. Prepare the Dough
On a lightly floured surface, unroll the dough.
If you’re using crescent roll dough, separate it into individual triangles.
If using pizza dough, roll it out and cut into 8 rectangles or squares.
3. Add the Filling
Spoon 1 to 2 teaspoons of pizza sauce onto the center of each piece of dough.
Add a generous pinch of mozzarella cheese on top.
Layer with pepperoni slices or your choice of toppings.
Love veggies? Add sautéed mushrooms, diced onions, or roasted red peppers!
4. Season and Fold
Sprinkle each pocket with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
Carefully fold the dough over the filling, forming a triangle or rectangle.
Press the edges with a fork to seal and prevent any cheese from escaping.
5. Brush and Top
Brush the tops with olive oil or melted butter using a pastry brush.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese for that golden, flavorful crust.
6. Bake to Golden Perfection
Place pockets on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and puffed.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
