Ingredients:
1 pound (450 grams) ground beef or turkey
1 medium-sized onion diced
2 cloves garlic minced
2 carrots sliced
2 sticks celery chopped
1 green pepper chopped
1 can (15 oz/425g) crushed tomatoes
1 can (15 oz/425g) red kidney beans rinsed and drained
1 can (15 oz/425g) cannellini beans rinsed and drained.
4 cups (1 liter) beef or vegetable stock.
1 cup (240ml) tomato sauce.
¼ pound elbow macaroni uncooked ditalini pasta or;
1 teaspoon dried oregano,
Salt and pepper to taste,
Fresh parsley for garnish.
