Grilled Steak with Caramelized Onions and Roasted Potatoes

way to cook:
1. Toss potatoes with 2 tbsp olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Roast at 200°C (400°F) for 35–40 minutes.
3. Cook onions in butter over low heat until caramelized (15 min).
4. Season steak and grill 3–4 minutes per side.
Rest steak 5 minutes before slicing.
Serve with onions and potatoes.
