SautΓ© the Veggies:
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet over medium-high.
Add mushrooms and cook for 3β4 min until browned. Add asparagus and cook another 3β4 min until just tender.
Cook the Shrimp:
Push veggies to the side of the pan. Add shrimp and garlic.
Cook for 2β3 min per side until shrimp is pink and opaque.
Add Sauce & Finish:
Pour in soy sauce and toss everything together. Season with pepper and optional chili flakes or lemon juice.
Serve Immediately:
Delicious on its own, over rice, or cauliflower rice for a low-carb option.
