way to cook:
1. Sauté garlic
Heat pan on medium.
Add olive oil then butter.
When melted, add garlic and sauté until fragrant (don’t burn).
2. Add the shrimp
Add shrimp and cook for 1–2 minutes per side.
Huwag i-overcook para juicy.
3. Add flavor
Add oyster sauce, mix well.
Squeeze a bit of lemon/calamansi.
Season with salt and pepper.
4. Coat and finish
Toss shrimp until fully coated with garlic-butter sauce.
Garnish with parsley or spring onions.

Tips:
Add a bit of chili flakes if you want spicy.
If you like saucy style, add 2–3 tbsp water and an extra tbsp of butter.
