Way to Cook:
Preheat the oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).
Beat the eggs and sugar until light and smooth.
Add oil (or butter), milk, and vanilla. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
Coat the chopped fruits with 1 tablespoon flour and gently fold them into the batter.
Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
Bake for 35β40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let it cool before serving.
