Fanta Cake with Mandarins and “Paradiescreme”

Ingredients
Batter (Cake Base)
2 eggs

80 g sugar

7 g baking powder

200 g flour

80 ml Fanta (orange soda)

80 ml sunflower oil

Paradiescreme Layer

400 g cold heavy cream

300 ml cold milk

3 packets of Paradiescreme “Lemon” flavor (Dr. Oetker brand, or substitute with instant lemon pudding mix if unavailable)

Fruit
2 small cans of mandarin oranges (drained weight: 350 g total)

Decoration (Topping)
100 g heavy cream

1 tsp San-apart (cream stabilizer – optional; you can substitute with cornstarch or leave it out if serving immediately)
