Crispy Baked Feta Rolls with Hot Chili Orange Honey

Directions:
Prepare the Feta Rolls
Place a feta stick (and optional fresh herbs) near one edge of the wrapper. Roll tightly, folding in the sides to seal. Brush edges with beaten egg or water if needed.
Bake the Rolls
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Brush rolls lightly with olive oil or melted butter. Bake 12–15 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.
Make Hot Chili Orange Honey
In a small saucepan over low heat, warm honey with garlic, chili flakes, and orange zest or juice for 1–2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
Serve
Drizzle hot chili orange honey over baked feta rolls. Garnish with lime wedges or fresh herbs if desired. Serve immediately.
