Cozy Banana Lemon Ginger Winter Smoothie

Optional Topping:
Little mint leaves or a lemon slice on top
How to Make it:
1. Peel and slice the bananas.
2. Add banana, milk, lemon juice, ginger, turmeric, honey or maple syrup, and ice (if using) to a blender.
3. Blend until very smooth and creamy.
4. Taste and add a bit more sweetener or lemon if you like.
5. Pour into 2 glasses and serve right away.
Tip:
Use frozen banana slices for an extra thick, milkshake-style smoothie.
