Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, cooked ground beef, cooked rice, and 1 cup of shredded cheese. Stir in frozen peas, if desired.
Assemble Casserole: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Top with remaining 1 cup of shredded cheese.
Bake: Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
Serve: Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
