Cheesy Beef Burritos

Directions:
1. **Cook the Beef:**
In a skillet over medium heat, cook **ground beef** until browned.
Add **onion** and **garlic**, sauté until softened.
Stir in **taco seasoning** and **tomato sauce**, then simmer for **3–5 minutes** until thickened.
2. **Assemble Burritos:**
Place each **tortilla** on a flat surface.
Spoon the beef mixture down the center.
Top with **cheddar cheese** and a dollop of **sour cream**.
3. **Fold & Toast:**
Fold the sides and roll tightly into a burrito.
Heat **olive oil or butter** in a skillet over medium heat.
Place burritos seam-side down and toast
