Directions:
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
Slice a pocket into each chicken breast without cutting all the way through. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
In a bowl, mix chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar, cream cheese, and Dijon mustard until well combined.
Stuff each chicken breast with the broccoli-cheese mixture and secure with toothpicks if needed.
Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
Transfer skillet to the oven and bake 20–25 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted.
Remove toothpicks and serve warm.
