Directions
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
In a bowl, combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, black pepper, cornstarch, salt, and water. Mix well until smooth.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 5–7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Stir in onions, garlic, mushrooms, and green bell pepper. Cook for an additional 3–4 minutes until vegetables are softened.
Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Stir to coat and cook for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Drizzle with sesame oil, stir to combine, and serve hot over steamed rice.
