Air-Fryer Crispy Chicken Strip Salad

Air-fry:
Preheat your air fryer to 200 °C (400 °F).
Arrange strips in a single layer (work in batches if needed).
Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crunchy.
Prep the salad:
In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
Whisk the dressing:
In a small jar or bowl, shake or whisk olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until emulsified.
Assemble:
Drizzle dressing over the salad, then top with hot chicken strips.
