Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease 3×8-inch pans.
Whisk dry ingredients.
Cream butter + sugar 2 minutes.
Add eggs one at a time.
Add oil + vanilla.
Add dry ingredients, alternating with buttermilk + dragon fruit purée.
Pour batter (hot pink!) into pans.
Bake 20–24 minutes. Cool fully.

Ingredients:
12 oz cream cheese
3/4 cup butter
4 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup dragon fruit purée
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch salt
Instructions:
Beat butter → add cream cheese → add sugar → add purée → whip until fluffy and neon pink.

Layer cake + frosting.
Crumb coat → chill 20 min.
