1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped (reserve a few whole for topping)
1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
½ cup sour cream
½ cup mayo
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded Parmesan
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ tsp onion powder
Salt & black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp chopped chives (plus extra for garnish)
Pinch of red chili flakes (optional for heat)
For the Garlic Toast:
1 baguette, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
1 garlic clove, halved
