¼ tsp chili flakes (optional, for extra fire)
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
¾ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp tomato paste (gives that “volcano” color)
Salt, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (garnish)
